Craftman Steel holds the right to repossess any buildings not paid in full upon installation. A labor charge will be added for any additional labor such as cutting posts to level carports, building over objects such as RV’s & moving materials to remote locations, etc… Customer is responsible for pulling permits and any fees presented throughout the process. Customer understands that all building frames are 1’ shorter than roof lengths.

Customer(s) understand and agree that Craftman Steel utilize subcontractors that bid on each individual contract/ project. Customers agree that the authorized subcontractor is able to set their own labor charges for any additional labor not included within the purchase order.
